🎯 Requirements

  • Tertiary WHS/EHS qualification; Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment & Training.
  • Return to Work Coordinator Certificate; Qualified First Aider.
  • Deep knowledge of WorkCover, rehabilitation, return to work and injury management legislation.
  • Strong stakeholder management in a matrixed environment; excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strategic thinking, problem solving, time management and organisational skills.
  • Experience building mental health and emotional risk management programs in a corporate setting.
