Workflow Consultant & Trainer

📋 Description

• Design and deliver bilingual Korean and English onboarding and training sessions for providers
• Develop and maintain training materials, workflow documentation, quick-reference guides, and
• Create role-specific training programs for physicians, medical assistants, front desk teams, and
• Assess existing practice workflows, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and recommend tailored
• Guide providers on clinical documentation, care gap workflows, quality measure tracking, and
• Maintain active involvement throughout the first 30–90 days of onboarding, serving as a primary

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in both Korean and English, with the ability to conduct complete training sessions, workflow
• Strong cultural competency and understanding of communication preferences within Korean healthcare
• 2–5+ years of experience in customer training, clinical education, software onboarding, workflow
• Demonstrated ability to design and facilitate effective training programs for adult learners with
• Experience delivering group workshops, one-on-one coaching, webinars, virtual sessions, and other
• Familiarity with EHR systems and clinical workflows is strongly preferred, particularly experience

🎁 Benefits

• $40–$45 per hour.
