🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software development or technical systems engineering
• Early adoption of LLMs and AI agent frameworks, including Claude, OpenAI, and Replit
• Demonstrated experience building, testing, and deploying custom AI agents and workflow automations
• Proficiency in developing and implementing automated data pipelines
• Strong understanding of database structures, including SQL and Microsoft Access
• Proficiency with SharePoint for workflow integration and automated file transfers
