📋 Description

• Own how Mollie tracks, measures and forecasts headcount, including the headcount model, hiring
• Lead the analytical response to our most important workforce questions, such as sizing hiring
• Build and own models that break headcount and people cost down into their key drivers (hiring pace
• Walk P&P through the trends in people data and the story behind them, including spend and other
• Own the people and headcount view end to end in our monthly business reviews and in the annual

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in FP&A, workforce planning or people analytics, ideally within a
• You are very comfortable using AI tooling in your daily work, and this is a must. You use it to
• Strong modelling skills in Google Sheets or Excel, and familiarity with HRIS and data visualisation
• Experience with Pigment, our planning tool, or with a comparable planning platform (Anaplan
