📋 Description

• Partner directly with health system leaders (CEOs, COOs, CMOs, CFOs, department chairs, recruiting
• Lead collaborative design sessions with customers and prospects, in person and virtual
• Use Claude and the Axuall MCP data connector to run analyses, test hypotheses, and build
• Cover topics such as provider market supply and demand, recruitment targets and feasibility
• Review every output for accuracy and executive usefulness before it reaches a client
• Refine prompts, templates, and analysis approaches, and build a reusable library from what works

🎯 Requirements

• 5 - 7 years of healthcare analytics experience, with a track record of working closely with
• Healthcare analytics or consulting experience working with health system executives, whether at a
• A proven record of turning data into insight that executives act on, including executive-ready
• Strong understanding of the provider market: physician recruitment and retention, workforce supply
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data, including the judgment to tell a credible finding
• Demonstrated technical interest in AI and a habit of adopting modern technologies to answer
