📋 Description

• Lead client engagements with healthcare executives, including CEOs, COOs, CMOs, CFOs, department
• Facilitate collaborative discovery and design sessions with current and prospective clients, both
• Leverage AI-powered tools, including Claude, alongside specialized clinical workforce data
• Deliver strategic insights across key healthcare workforce topics, including provider market supply
• Review and validate all analytical outputs to ensure accuracy, reliability, and relevance

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in healthcare analytics, with a demonstrated ability to work closely with
• Background in healthcare analytics, management consulting, or advisory services, ideally within a
• Proven ability to transform complex datasets into actionable business insights, including the
• Strong understanding of healthcare provider markets, including physician recruitment and retention
• Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to evaluate data quality
