๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 5-7 years WFM/operational planning in high-volume contact centers/BPO
  • Deep understanding of multi-site ops, omni-channel routing, intraday cost impact
  • Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Business Operations, or related field
  • Mastery of WFM processes and strong modelling in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable staffing strategies
