📋 Description

• Own and maintain the global WFM scheduling rulebook
• Ensure scheduling rules are aligned with global standards, local labour regulations and operational
• Define standard rosters by store format and segment, including role mix and coverage by daypart
• Translate customer demand, operational workload and labour hours into recommended staffing levels
• Create and maintain shift templates aligned with customer traffic patterns, demand peaks and
• Define and evolve skill logic to reflect operational changes, productivity improvements and new

🎯 Requirements

• Deep experience in workforce planning, workforce design, scheduling optimization or WFM systems
• Strong understanding of retail, logistics, field operations or customer-facing operational
• Experience translating demand drivers, workload assumptions or productivity standards into staffing
• Strong understanding of operational planning, workforce deployment and labour productivity
• Solid knowledge of labour regulations and scheduling compliance requirements
• Experience translating models into practical guidance
