Workforce Management Specialist

📋 Description

• Set hourly function plan, including Store Management positions, for every store in line with sales
• Oversee the hourly function plan in alignment with Store Management to enable strong store
• Regularly follow up sales and hours planning in Stores, ensuring alignment between store operations
• Together with other teams in Controlling, secure strong operational execution by aligning function
• Support and educate Stores in aligning sales planning and scheduling with the aim to improve
• Work closely with Area Managers to collect and synthesize input regarding scheduling based on store

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably within Finance, Business Administration or Economics or equivalent
• 1 - 3 years of past retail experience, preferably in retail management
• 1 - 3 years in a business analyst or finance role
• Ability to coach and counsel staff and performance management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Proficiency in sales and workforce planning tools and ability to adapt to company specific systems
