🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in workforce management in a contact center
• Strong WFM tool skills: NICE, Verint, Aspect, Calabrio or Assembled
• Excel proficiency for scheduling and data analysis
• Attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset
• Strong communication and international collaboration
• Full professional proficiency in English
• You are located in Romania
