3+ years IT support or operations engineering administering backend infra for CC WFM.
Direct experience with Aspect WFM (Alvaria) and Intradiem admin.
Server/app configuration, platform architecture, and SQL troubleshooting.
Experience managing incidents and controlled changes, major deployments.
Understanding enterprise CC environments and integration data flows with WFM/Intradiem.
