• Define standardized consulting delivery frameworks and workshops.
• Lead cross-functional delivery pods for on-time, quality implementations.
• Partner with Sales to define scope and delivery expectations.
• Synthesize field insights to inform product roadmaps.
• Act as trusted advisor to drive product adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 7–10 years in SWP or HR/workforce solutions.
• SWP leadership: guide exec stakeholders through tech, config, and process trade-offs.
• Workforce transformation: lead AI/automation and skills gap initiatives.
• Analytics acumen & HR operations: strong HR data analytics and processes.
• Consulting & facilitation: run executive workshops and change programs.
• Regional flexibility: travel up to 25%, primarily within the EMEA region.
