📋 Description

• Lead enterprise SWP engagements aligning planning tech with business goals.
• Define standardized consulting delivery frameworks with process mapping and workshops.
• Direct cross-functional pods to ensure on-time, high-quality implementation.
• Partner with Sales and Solution Engineering to define scope and delivery expectations.
• Synthesize field insights and trends to inform product roadmaps.
• Serve as trusted advisor, nurturing stakeholder alignment and driving adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10 years delivering HR/workforce solutions or SWP advisory in large enterprises.
• Leadership in SWP with ability to guide executives through trade-offs in tech, config, and processes.
• Hands-on experience leading workforce transformation addressing AI, automation, and skills gaps.
• Deep knowledge of core HR functions, talent management, and HR data analytics.
• Consulting and facilitation excellence across executive workshops and change programs.
• Regional flexibility with travel up to 25%, mainly within the EMEA region.
