📋 Description

  • Lead enterprise-wide workforce strategy across structure, location, and skill planning.
  • Define targets and governance; monitor progress and risks.
  • Partner with HR, Finance, FP&A, and leaders to align talent strategy.
  • Build scalable planning processes, cadences, and dashboards.
  • Connect workforce insights to financial outcomes with FP&A on labor cost and productivity.
  • Identify opportunities to boost efficiency and scalability through design and capability planning.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4–5 years in strategy consulting, workforce strategy, or related roles in global/high-growth environments.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen; translate data into executive decisions.
  • Experience leading workforce planning or org design with measurable impact.
  • Hands-on with AI tools, automation, and modern analytics to drive decisions.
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and dashboards.
  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
