Workforce Tax Manager

📋 Description

• Advise multinational clients on cross-border employee movement, expatriate matters, foreign tax
• Manage international assignee populations and support clients throughout complex global workforce
• Design and administer expatriate tax program policies while identifying client needs and developing
• Build, maintain, and leverage strong client relationships and professional networks while
• Manage engagement resources, project workflows, budgets, billing, collections, and related
• Analyze complex information and multiple stakeholder perspectives to develop meaningful

🎯 Requirements

• At least 7 years of relevant professional experience.
• At least one of the following certifications is required: CPA, Enrolled Agent, Member of the Bar
• Extensive knowledge of cross-border employee mobility, including foreign national and expatriate
• Proven experience managing international assignee populations for multinational clients, preferably
• Strong experience designing and administering expatriate tax program policies and addressing
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships, communicate value propositions

• Salary range of $106,200–$174,500, with individual compensation based on education, geographic
