Working Student Accounting (f/m/x)

📋 Description

• Register and process incoming supplier invoices in our accounting system, follow up on missing
• Process employee expense claims submitted via our expense tool and check them against our travel
• Maintain the accounts payable subledger, including vendor master data and open-item clearing
• Support the monthly closing with general ledger account reconciliations and preparation of
• Take on ad-hoc tasks, including selected accounts receivable work such as allocating incoming

🎯 Requirements

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a
• Solid understanding of double-entry bookkeeping from coursework or practical experience. First
• Confident in Excel. Experience with an ERP system is a plus
• Work accurately, in a structured way and reliably, also on recurring tasks. Learn quickly and enjoy
• Fluent English. German skills are a plus
