📋 Description

• Support our clients: prepare clear, accurate answers for partners' support teams and translate
• Support day-to-day AVD operations: assist with contract registration with the ZfA, contribution
• Help build the playbooks: document workflows, create step-by-step guides and error catalogues, and
• Support error handling and reconciliation: analyze recurring error cases from the ZfA, verify
• Spot what should be better: identify manual workarounds that are slow, error-prone, or worth

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent German communication skills (B2/C1), along with comfortable working proficiency in English.
• Structured and precise, with attention to detail.
• Curious about rules and willing to read actual regulation to understand processes.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to ask good questions.
• Confident with spreadsheets and AI tooling.
• Prior exposure to financial services, operations, or a regulated environment is a bonus, but not
