Working Student - HRBP & Talent Support

📋 Description

• Support onboarding and recruiting processes in Workday, from opening job requisitions to ensuring
• Partner with HR Business Partners to coordinate leadership exchange sessions and prepare slide
• Improve HR data quality by identifying and resolving integration errors, cleaning up open
• Plan and organize in-house and offsite HR workshops, take minutes in team meetings, and document
• Research and cross-check HR policies and employment-related legal topics, and draft interim and
• Maintain employee documentation with care and confidentiality, and support ad-hoc administrative HR

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled at a German university (Immatrikulationsbescheinigung required) near or around
• Outstanding written communication skills in both German and English, paired with a keen eye for
• Excellent organizational skills and a proactive, structured, and reliable approach to handling
• A genuine learning mindset: approach challenges with curiosity, seek out feedback, and continuously
• A performance mindset: set ambitious goals and have the determination and resilience to follow
• An open and curious mindset toward AI tools and HR systems such as Workday or Greenhouse
