Working Student / Intern Peak Operations (f/m/x) (3-month Fixed-Term Contract)

📋 Description

• Support DAT team with data entry and shipment creation, ensuring accurate and timely system entry
• Help plan and manage transports from clients via cross-docks to carrier hubs in transport team
• Step in flexibly across teams (resolving discrepancies, coordinating with partners/clients
• Work on site at logistics partners and clients across Germany when needed
• Collaborate with transport, carrier management, customer management, and sorting colleagues

🎯 Requirements

• Enrolled at university (any field) able to work 20h/week as working student or up to 40h as intern
• Resilient, calm under time pressure, hands-on
• Confident with Excel or Google Sheets
• German and English at C1 level or above
• First experience in logistics or e-commerce is a plus; experience with AI tools like Claude is a
• Enjoy working in Berlin office, willing to travel (driving licence class B is a big plus)
