📋 Description

• Provide IT support in a modern cloud-based environment
• Assist colleagues with technical questions and problems
• Prepare equipment for new joiners, coordinate replacement equipment, and process decommissioned
• Create and maintain documentation on systems and support processes
• Collaborate directly with the team from the Berlin office

🎯 Requirements

• Enrolled student in Information Technology or similar field
• Working understanding of computers and similar equipment
• Interest in IT industry and Technology Support
• Strong team collaboration and structured independent work style
• Professional proficiency in English; German or French is a plus
