Working Student, IT (Werkstudent)

📋 Description

• As part of the IT team, you'll support a variety of day-to-day operational activities
• Prepare, configure, cleanse, and manage IT hardware for employees
• Maintain accurate IT asset records and update internal systems to reflect hardware changes
• Learn and follow IT operational processes in a live production environment
• Support employees by assisting with IT requests and incidents through Jira Service Management and
• Gain hands-on experience with corporate technologies including Google Workspace, Zoom, and Claude AI

🎯 Requirements

• Current enrolment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology
• A genuine interest in IT support, workplace technology, or IT operations
• Basic technical knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, or troubleshooting
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar productivity
• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work with colleagues across the business
• A proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks
