Working Student- Order Management and Financial Accounting (F/M/D)

📋 Description

• Ensure accurate and timely client billing according to German and international standards
• Support the collection of customer payments and accurately record them in our systems
• Update client accounts based on payment and contact information
• Support the Financial Accounting team with day-to-day accounting activities, particularly in
• Check incoming invoices for accuracy, completeness, and correct allocation
• Assist with account reconciliations and ensure financial data is accurate and up-to-date

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled (ideally for another two years) in university and studying Business
• Strong interest in financial processes and enjoy working with numbers and data
• Strong time management, planning, and prioritization skills
• Structured, detail-oriented, and have a high level of accuracy in work
• Exceptional communication skills in both English and German
• Proactive team player who is comfortable taking ownership of tasks and learning new processes
