📋 Description

• Help find candidates for harder-to-fill roles, side by side with our recruiters
• Screen applications for junior and high-volume roles, many of them in Dutch
• Turn recruitment data into clear reports the team and hiring managers actually use
• Clean up and improve how we use our ATS
• Bring structure to our recruitment knowledge base, starting with every job description in one place
• Keep interviews running smoothly: scheduling, coordination and candidate communication

🎯 Requirements

• You speak Dutch fluently and work comfortably in English
• You're a 3rd or 4th year student, available 20 hours a week, with 2–3 days in our office in The
• You have at least six months of admin or office experience (a board year at a study association
• You want to build a career in recruitment and are curious about how it works
• You take ownership: you spot what needs doing, find the help you need and ask good questions
