Working Student (Werkstudent) HR Operations (m/f/d)

📋 Description

• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, from preparing welcome documents and system set-up to
• Maintain and update staff records in our HR system (HiBob) and the digital personnel file
• Prepare employment contracts, contract amendments, employment confirmations, reference letters and
• Help collate monthly payroll input (starters, leavers, salary changes, bonuses) for German payroll
• Track key dates such as probation periods, contract end dates and work permit/visa expiries, and
• Support communication with external partners and vendors, such as our payroll provider, tax

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a student at a German university (Bachelor's or Master's) in Human Resources
• Availability of 16–20 hours per week during the semester for at least 6 months (more hours possible
• First practical experience in HR, e.g. through an internship or previous working student role, is a
• Strong interest in HR processes and German labor law
• Confident with MS Office or Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets; experience with HR systems
• Fluent German and very good English, both spoken and written
