Assist with welcoming and onboarding new hires
Provide on-site support and serve as a first point of contact for employee questions
Assist the Workplace team with day-to-day activities as directed
Deliver customer service via Gmail, Slack and our Support Portal for all employees
Gather and relay employee feedback on the workplace to help drive continuous improvement
Manage the swag program

Familiarity with tools for resolving office issues, incl. desk booking, AV, and facilities platforms
Excellent communication skills across teams and platforms
