Workplace Coordinator

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day office and facilities operations, including space readiness, supplies, seating
• Manage workplace vendors, invoices, purchase orders, and day-to-day spend while helping ensure
• Create a great employee experience by coordinating hybrid-day programming, team events, all-hands
• Partner with IT and People to support new-hire Day 1 logistics, including desk assignments
• Partner cross-functionally on workplace projects, safety preparedness, office communications, and

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in office coordination, workplace operations, facilities, hospitality, or
• Experience managing vendors and processing invoices, purchase orders, or similar operational
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and follow through
• Experience coordinating office events, employee programming, facilities needs, or new hire
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Slack, along with the ability to quickly learn new workplace
