Workplace & Engagement Lead

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end experience of Gigs Hubs & Pads in Berlin, London, Amsterdam, New-York, San
• Build and manage vendor relationships for facilities, food, and events; balance quality, cost, and
• Design and scale processes for easy-to-use spaces: bookings, access, inventory, and tech setup.
• Partner with People Ops and Founders Office to align in-person work with our remote-flexible model.
• Plan informal gatherings, celebrate milestones, and foster belonging and serendipity.
• Support logistics for company-wide offsites (Gigs Republic) and executive meetings.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing workplace operations or employee experience in a fast-paced
• Care about how space shapes culture, creativity, and connection.
• Organized, proactive, bias for action; comfortable both hands-on and strategic.
• Strong hospitality instincts, attention to detail, and service mindset.
• Collaborative; able to work across time zones and functions with clarity and warmth.
• Experience managing vendors, budgets, and small projects.
