📋 Description

• Support day-to-day workplace operations, managing services such as food and beverage programmes
• Deliver exceptional customer service to all who enter the São Paulo office, upholding Braze’s high
• Monitor and respond to workplace service tickets, maintaining a customer-focused mindset to ensure
• Support the planning and execution of local events and activations, including holiday celebrations
• Balance multiple priorities with ease, responding to urgent needs while keeping day-to-day tasks
• Support general office requests and workplace questions, helping employees get what they need to do

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a similar role; experience in customer service a plus
• Ability to work on-site, Monday to Friday, maintaining a full-time, in-office schedule
• Someone who is confident, positive, and comfortable being in a highly visible role that will define
• Passion for best-in-class workplace experience and customer service
• A strong communicator with excellent grammatical skills
• A sharp eye for detail and good organizational skills
