• Safety: lead Emergency Response Team; training and incidents.
• Security: manage access, badging, maintenance.
• Service: provide top experience; respond to HappyFox tickets.
• Snacks/beverages: track budgets; vendor improvements.
• Business continuity/space planning: moves and workstation data upkeep.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on workplace management/lead experience
• Fast-paced, ever-changing environment experience
• Self-starter; proactive; works with urgency; minimal supervision
• Project management; prioritizing and organizing work
• Ability to build cooperative relationships with all levels
• Excellent interpersonal communication, customer service, and writing
• Google Suite, Slack, HappyFox, Glean experience helpful
