Workplace Global Partner

📋 Description

• Support day-to-day facilities and workplace operations for Roblox’s smaller domestic and
• Serve as the primary Facilities and Workplace point of contact for assigned global offices
• Establish and maintain workplace standards that create greater parity between headquarters and
• Assess the employee experience, facilities conditions, amenities, technology, security, safety, and
• Develop office-specific action plans to address service gaps, operational risks, employee needs
• Partner with People Finance, Corporate Engineering, Global Security, local office leaders

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in facilities coordination, office services, workplace operations, global
• Demonstrated experience supporting multiple offices, including smaller domestic or international
• Strong knowledge of office services, facilities operations, vendor coordination, workplace
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with Human Resources, Finance, Corporate Engineering or
• Ability to operate independently and take ownership of workplace needs without direct
• Strong cross-functional relationship-building and collaborative problem-solving skills.
