Workplace IT Specialist

📋 Description

• Deliver responsive technical support for hardware, software, OS, and workplace tech for Malta/EEA users.
• Provide first-line, user-facing support for collaboration and productivity apps.
• Manage local endpoint lifecycle: provisioning, deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting, and inventory.
• Primary contact for local workplace tech: AV, video conferencing, VOIP, printers, access control.
• Troubleshoot endpoint, networking, Wi‑Fi, VPN, identity, and access issues; escalate.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles and SOPs using AI tools to improve docs.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years IT support/desktop support in an enterprise.
• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering/Cybersecurity or equivalent.
• Strong macOS enterprise support experience.
• Google Workspace and Lark Suite; SSO, endpoint security, drive encryption.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and networking basics.
• Fluent, professional English and excellent customer service.
