📋 Description

• Build seat, space and capacity planning models that keep every office aligned with headcount
• Forecast workplace demand across all sites, setting the workplace standards, seating strategies and
• Shape real estate decisions on lease renewals, expansions and consolidations, supplying the
• Plan and deliver new office openings, relocations, fit-outs and closures together with Workplace
• Create occupancy dashboards and planning models that give leadership a clear view of utilisation

🎯 Requirements

• Have planned workplace capacity, workplace strategy, corporate real estate or facilities across a
• Have delivered office expansions, relocations or workplace transformations from planning through to
• Translate business growth and headcount forecasts into practical space requirements, using data and
• Work effectively across multiple locations and with stakeholders at every level, communicating
• Make well-evidenced decisions quickly, and adjust plans as priorities shift
