Workplace Project Manager

📋 Description

• Project manage Workplace's global special projects: health & safety (H&S) programming
• Partner with Security, HR, Legal, and regional Workplace leads to build and roll out emergency
• Maintain and evolve global design standards (furniture, finishes, signage)
• Drive sustainability initiatives across offices - vendor and materials selection, energy and waste
• Own the global rollout of Workplace tooling and software - evaluating, piloting, and implementing
• Own global and national vendor contracts (F&B, janitorial, plants, and similar categories) -

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in workplace operations, program management, or project management
• Strong program design and playbook-building instincts
• Experience managing vendor and procurement relationships at a national or global scale
• Strong command of project management fundamentals - scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholder
• Experience partnering with construction, real estate, or facilities teams on office moves or
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
