Workplace Services Manager

📋 Description

• Manage the day-to-day workplace experience and facilities operations for SmartBear’s Somerville
• Manage workplace services, vendors, contractors, office resources, facilities requests, and site
• Partner with the Director, Facilities and Real Estate and key stakeholders to improve workplace
• Manage the day-to-day operation of the Somerville office, ensuring workplace and facilities
• Manage relationships with building management, contractors, suppliers, and service providers
• Oversee workplace operations including office supplies and equipment, inventory, meeting spaces

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in workplace services, facilities management, office operations
• Experience managing external suppliers, contractors, and service providers, with the ability to set
• Strong organizational and project-management skills with the ability to independently prioritize
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with a proactive and customer-focused
• Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and problem-solving skills, along with an understanding
• The ability to work independently in a hands-on, office-based role, take ownership of outcomes, and
