Workplace Services Site Lead

📋 Description

• Lead on-site facilities ops, workplace experience, and events in Kirkland.
• Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems; manage vendor relations.
• Use ServiceNow to handle requests, track work orders, and closeouts.
• Coordinate with Real Estate, Safety, IT, and other teams for seamless delivery.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and business continuity during incidents.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years in FM & Operations or related.
• Certifications such as FMP, BOMA, IWFM, or similar.
• Strong interpersonal skills and white-glove customer service.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with CAFM/CMMS and related tools.
• Willingness to work outside standard hours when needed.
