Oversee day-to-day office operations and facilities systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
Manage ServiceNow requests and work orders; track progress and closeouts
Enforce policies, space guidelines, asset management, and maintenance
Lead events/socials and ensure spaces are ready for use
Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance; serve as emergency liaison
Manage vendor relationships and budget for location

🎯 Requirements

3–5+ years FM/Operations experience
Certifications such as FMP, BOMA, IWFM
Strong interpersonal skills
Proven white-glove customer service and engagement
Proficiency with CAFM/CMMS, spreadsheets, and presentations
Flexibility to work outside standard hours
