Workplace Strategy & Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Assist Head of Workplace in defining SOKRs and aligning pillars with roadmap
• Lead cross-functional projects; support M&A integrations
• Identify bottlenecks in workflows and design scalable processes; establish operating cadences
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on metrics; drive Workplace AI and data strategy with IT Business Partner

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in strategy/operations, management consulting, or data-driven ops in fast-growing env
• Strong quantitative skills with data-driven decision making
• Experience leading large cross-functional projects from concept to execution
• Experience with Workplace or Real Estate teams
