📋 Description

• Own the Austin office network, AV, and security systems.
• Provide hands on IT support for employees and new hires.
• Collaborate with remote IT Support to deliver in person service.
• Help establish scalable workplace processes and docs.
• Manage vendor relationships and hardware lifecycle.
• Ensure day to day office operations run smoothly.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in IT support or workplace technology.
• Office networking experience Meraki Aruba or Ubiquiti.
• AV systems experience video conf room scheduling audio displays.
• Physical security systems experience access control cameras.
• Vendor coordination and cross functional collaboration.
• Bonus remote-first experience MDM SOC 2 ISO 27001 familiarity.
