📋 Description

• Work closely with team leads and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define role
• Own the end-to-end recruitment process, including new headcount requests and approval coordination
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, primarily using LinkedIn and
• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Coordinate with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders to keep recruitment processes moving

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in tech companies and startups, with
• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes across different roles
• Hands-on experience with HR operations and employee lifecycle processes
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• A proactive, resourceful, and hands-on approach, with a strong sense of ownership
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
