📋 Description

• Delivering high-quality work readiness interventions that improve the soft and hard skills of TANF
• Improving job readiness and employment preparation that lead to job placement of individuals served
• Facilitating in-person and virtual job readiness and other program-related workshops for customers
• Working with project leadership to evaluate the success of job readiness and other program-related
• Participating in workshop content development, recommending workshop content improvements, and
• Managing workshop sign-up and sign-in process

🎯 Requirements

• Self-motivated and flexible team player
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to train and instruct others in a group setting
• Customer service skills and familiarity with videoconferencing systems
• Bachelor's degree or higher in human services, social services, education, or related field
• Bilingual (preferred, stands out)
