📋 Description

• Review WPN retailer applications, account updates, and ownership transfers for North America.
• Approve stores that meet WPN standards and flag those needing closer review.
• Keep retailer records accurate and complete in internal systems.
• Follow review processes and flag unclear steps for improvement.
• Identify common application patterns and share with the team.
• Partner with senior team members on complex or unusual cases.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience reviewing applications, or background in retail, partner operations, or customer service.
• Strong judgment to apply clear guidelines consistently.
• Clear and friendly written communication skills.
• Attention to detail even on busy days.
• Bonus: knowledge of Wizards games or tabletop gaming community.
• Bonus: experience with Salesforce or Smartsheet.
