🎯 Requirements

8–10 years IT experience; 3–4 years in a Business Analyst role.
Proven Oracle Xstore POS experience with its ecosystem.
Strong understanding of retail processes, store operations, and POS workflows.
Experience in requirements gathering, functional specs, solution validation.
Localization, integrations, and custom development in Xstore.
Excellent communication; able to collaborate cross-functionally.
