Yard Driver

📋 Description

• Walk the yard to identify and document vehicle defects in the DVCR booklet
• Communicate maintenance needs to Transportation Manager daily
• Obtain tractor/trailer list from Transportation, record odometer, hub readings, and engine hours
• Ensure trailers loaded with refrigerated products are at adequate temperature
• Ensure Warehouse Team Members have trailers to unload and/or load
• Assist with unloading of trailers when necessary

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Six months of verifiable CMV driving experience, one year preferred
• Must have valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Air Brakes
• Must maintain DOT Med Cert
• Must meet defined MVR standards
