Yard Driver - Class A

📋 Description

• Walk the yard to identify and document vehicle defects
• Communicate maintenance needs to Transportation Manager
• Obtain tractor/trailer list, record odometer, hub readings, engine hours
• Ensure trailers loaded with refrigerated products are at adequate temperature
• Ensure Warehouse Team Members have trailers to unload and/or load
• Assist with unloading of trailers when necessary

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 21 years of age
• Six months of verifiable CMV driving experience (one year preferred)
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Air Brakes
• Must maintain a DOT Med Cert
• Must meet MVR standards
