Yield Analyst Associate

📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day yield optimisation in our ad-tech stack (GAM, Prebid, Amazon/TAM and related tools).
• Investigate and resolve performance problems using reporting platforms and on-page debugging tools.
• Form hypotheses, run targeted experiments (A/B tests), and document outcomes and recommendations.
• Build reusable playbooks and onboarding checks for publishers.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Data Science to improve monetisation tooling and methods.
• Support vendor/partner evaluations and trials for measurable uplift or cost reduction.

🎯 Requirements

• Working knowledge of ad-serving and programmatic advertising, including auctions and deals.
• Strong analytical skills with large datasets in Excel/Google Sheets; clear insights communication.
• Test-and-learn mindset; define problems, run experiments, interpret results, and plan next steps.
• Practical troubleshooting on live pages (logs, network calls, console) with focus on learning and
• Collaborative and coachable; able to act as SME yet know when to escalate.
• Experience in programmatic yield or related analytics; familiarity with GAM, Prebid and/or Amazon
