Yield Analyst Associate

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day yield optimisation in ad-tech stack (GAM, Prebid, Amazon/TAM)
• Investigate and resolve performance problems using reporting and on-page debugging tools
• Form hypotheses, run A/B experiments, translate outcomes into actions
• Build reusable playbooks and runbooks for publisher types
• Partner with Product, Engineering and Data Science to scope monetisation tooling improvements
• Contribute to vendor/partner evaluations for trials and integrations

🎯 Requirements

• Ad-serving/programmatic advertising knowledge (auctions, deals, troubleshooting)
• Strong analytical skills with large datasets in Excel/Sheets
• Test-and-learn mindset; define problems, run experiments, document next steps
• Practical debugging on live pages (logs, network calls, console)
• Collaborative and coachable; able to escalate when needed
• Experience in programmatic yield or related analytics; GAM/Prebid/Amazon TAM is a plus
