• Complete assigned learning and development activities while building knowledge of SGS operations
• Support assigned functions in daily operational activities and contribute to project implementation
• Analyse data and prepare reports, presentations, and other required documentation.
• Participate in cross-functional exposure and job rotations as determined by the programme.
• Collaborate with different teams to develop an understanding of business operations and customer
• Contribute ideas and recommendations to improve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Oil & Gas, Mining, Geology, Chemistry
• IELTS 7 or TOEIC 850 for Sales; IELTS 6.5 or TOEIC 780 for technical positions.
• Final-year students, fresh graduates, or candidates with less than 1-2 years of working experience.
• Additional Chinese or Korean language skills are advantageous.
• Demonstrated leadership potential through social or university activities.
• Experience participating in innovation projects with positive outcomes is an advantage.
