Youth & Adolescent Clinical Therapist - Sign-On Bonus

📋 Description

• Deliver 100% telehealth therapy sessions for youth and families.
• Conduct assessments, provide counseling, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Apply CBT and other evidence-based approaches in virtual care settings.
• Support clients with ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, and related concerns.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with policies and standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care.

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or equivalent active licensure in AZ, GA, FL, NC, TX, or IL.
• Minimum of 2 years of pediatric therapy experience with families (ages 4+).
• Strong CBT experience via telehealth; pediatric behavioral health expertise.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and case management skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary clinical team.
• Spanish bilingual skills are a plus; after-school/weekend availability is a plus.
