🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in social services or related field; 2+ years with target population
Ability to build trust with diverse individuals
Excellent inclusive written and verbal communication skills
Able to work flexible hours, including weekends at center/events
Maintain confidentiality of all forms and information
Understanding of youth-adult partnerships; strong self-motivation
