📋 Description

Lead person-centered activities to teach daily life skills
Build confidence and independence in youth
Support school, home, and community routines
Help youth discover strengths and celebrate progress
Teach life skills to promote independence
Provide supervision, coaching, and encouragement

🎯 Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older
High school diploma, transcript, or GED
At least 6 months of verifiable full-time youth experience
Pass DCYF background/fingerprint checks
Strong written and verbal communication to document care
Valid driver's license (due to transporting youth)
